In of case DL Renewal, C/N, C/A or RC Duplicate, RRC, T.O. these documents will be sent by speed post by RTO office. And if your door is locked or no response is received from your side then the speed post will be returned to RTO office, from where you will have to collect your documents by presenting a valid I.D. proof.
