In of case DL Renewal, C/N, C/A or RC Duplicate, RRC, T.O. these documents will be sent by speed post by the RTO office. And if your door is locked or no response is received from your side then the speed post will be returned to the RTO office, from where you will have to collect your documents by presenting a valid I.D. proof. Sometimes it may take five to seven weeks to receive RC or DL. In such cases discussed above rtoseva.org is not responsible for the delay caused.
