Change of Address in RC Book

When the owner of the vehicle changes his/her residence within the same RTO jurisdiction, then he/she shall apply for a change of address in RC to the same RTO.

If the owner of the vehicle changes his/her residence or sells the vehicle outside of the RTO jurisdiction where the vehicle is currently registered. Then the owner shall apply for the issuance of clearance certificate with the registering authority where the vehicle is registered.

In the second case click here, NOC must be issued from the Original RTO.

    • Valid Insurance & PUC Xerox
    • Vehicle front side photo & chassis number photo
    • Owner PAN & Aadhar Card Xerox
    • Address Proof (Any Two Xerox)

Light Bill, PMC Tax Receipt, Index 2 ( Any One of These)

Voter’s ID, Aadhar Card, Passport, L.I.C. Policy ( Any One of These)
