Transfer of Ownership
Once a vehicle is bought from its previous owner, its ownership has to be transferred in the name of the current owner within 14 days in the concerned RTO where the vehicle is registered.
Transferring the ownership of vehicle is responsibility of both new and old owner of the vehicle.
Required Documents :
- Original RC book
- Chassis no Pencil Trace(5 Copies)
- Form 29(2 Copy) & Form 30(one copy)
- Valid Insurance & PUC
- Vehicle front side photo & chassis number photo
- Old Owner PAN Card Aadhar Card(Xerox)
- New Owner PAN & Aadhar(Xerox)
- New Owner Address Proof(Any 2 Xerox)
     Light Bill, PMC Tax Receipt, Index 2 ( Any One of These)

Please Note
- Driving Licence Holder Will Have to Come to RTO for Signature Before the RTO Authority.
- Address on Driving Licence and Passport Should Be the Same.
